• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced BPO.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Review, validate, code, and process invoices in accordance with client guidelines and established financial procedures.
• Verify invoice details against supporting documents and coordinate with clients, contractors, and third parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on pending approvals and payments.
• Assist in monitoring investment accounts, tracking transactions, and preparing investment reports and summaries.
• Perform financial reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage finance-related correspondence, documentation, data entry, and filing while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
