Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Training Assistant (Crew Trainer) to onboard and develop store-level employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service across BreadTalk branches in the Philippines.

You will design and deliver training, coordinate sessions, coach staff, maintain records, and work with store managers to tailor programs. Fresh graduates are welcome; Makati City Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Education, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Can start ASAP and be assigned in Makati City - Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs covering product knowledge, procedures, and customer service.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for store-level employees.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to store staff.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and tailor solutions.
• Support implementation of new initiatives by training store teams.
