Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Crew member to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, assist in counter operations, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Candidates at Senior High School level or higher are welcome to apply, with immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
• Amenable to working overtime, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and surrounding areas.
• Set tables and clear trays promptly.
• Follow all service procedures and standards set by the company.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
