Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and supporting overall business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation to control expenses

• Monitor team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high standards of customer service

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales

• Analyze sales reports, review projections, and track performance metrics to meet business objectives

• Train and evaluate staff in sales and marketing functions

• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory management, including stock replenishment

• Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint and spreadsheets for management review

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers during operational or system-related concerns

• Provide technical assistance to customers when needed, including basic troubleshooting of equipment
