Citistores, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Koronadal location. You will manage a team of sales associates, drive sales, optimize inventory, and ensure smooth store operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail management, strong leadership, excellent customer service, and solid data-driven decision-making. Willing to relocate; staff housing provided by the company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among store associates
• Collaborate with regional and district managers to ensure the store's alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
