Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. in the Philippines seeks a full-time Store Manager for its Laguna-based Robinsons Galleria South outlet. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, manage staff performance, and ensure top customer service aligned with company standards.

You will analyze brands, coordinate inventory with supply and vendors, and present plans in monthly meetings. Strong leadership, communication, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong store management capabilities.
• Hardworking, analytical and people-oriented.
• Willing to work retail store hours and be assigned to Robinsons Galleria South.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage store operations and report to Area Sales Managers and VP of Sales & Operations.
• Represent the store in monthly sales meetings and business planning.
• Analyze brands and develop effective strategies to hit quotas.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure adequate inventory against sales targets.
• Communicate with staff, vendors, mall admin, and third-party agencies.
• Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Encourage staff to engage customers and build confidence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Sales & Operations

• Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning

• Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota

• Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales

• Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop

• Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards

• Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence

• Has strong Customer Service Skills

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
