Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. seeks a Store Manager to oversee all store operations and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations.

The role involves representing the store in monthly sales meetings and business planning. The role requires analyzing brands to identify strategies to hit sales quotas, coordinating with staff for inventory versus targets, and communicating with staff, vendors, mall admins and third-party agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of working experience in related field.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong store management skills.
• Hardworking, analytical and people-oriented.
• Willing to work retail store hours.
• Willing to be assigned in OLYMPIC VILLAGE - GATEWAY, CUBAO.
• Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the store from all aspects of management and report to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Sales & Operations.
• Represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning.
