Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking a Store Supervisor for METRO PLAZA MALL, CALOOCAN. The role oversees daily store operations, coaches Baristas, and ensures customer-centric service. You will train staff, manage schedules, maintain safety and cleanliness, and handle cash and reporting.

Responsibilities include supporting promotions, coordinating across Caloocan, Quezon City, and Valenzuela branches, and maintaining brand standards with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Caloocan City, Quezon City, and Valenzuela City branches.

Responsibilities

• Identify Barista performance challenges, coach progress and improve performance.
• Supervise Baristas to ensure friendly service and educate customers about products.
• Train Baristas to prepare beverages to approved standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts and store activities.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance manpower and staff movements.
• Oversee cashiering and fund management, ensuring proper deposits and reporting.
• Maintain product knowledge and prepare coffee beverages per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Keep workspace and store well-maintained and coordinate repairs.
• Implement company policies and updates.
• Facilitate incident investigations with the lessor.
• Administer employee-related reports, benefits, time records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Support marketing promotions and store events, and educate staff.
