Qualifications

• 3–5 years in café/restaurant/coffee setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage scheduling, and oversee store operations.
• Strong experience in inventory management, store ordering, and receiving deliveries.
• Proficient in cash handling, financial oversight, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
