The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH in Dumaguete is seeking a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) to lead daily cafe operations. You will coach the team, ensure service standards, and drive sales while upholding CBTL’s values.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in F&B or retail, strong leadership and cost-control knowledge, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Join a friendly team with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
