Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
• Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
• Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports.
• Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness and customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Lead by example and uphold CBTL’s FROTH values.
