Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at Ayala Malls Abreeza in Davao City, Philippines. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure service standards meet CBTL expectations.

This role requires at least 2 years in F&B or related industries, strong people management, and cost-control knowledge. You’ll drive sales, analyze reports, and uphold CBTL’s FROTH values: Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
