Job summary

CW Home Depot is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support branch-level operations. You will handle purchasing activities, prepare requisitions, and monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers and head office on deliveries, promos, and pricing, with additional duties as assigned. Outstanding candidates have a business degree, strong proficiency with productivity tools, and a background in retail purchasing, along with a willingness to work six days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Proficient with productivity software and tools.
• Retail operations and purchasing background is a plus.
• Knowledge of merchandise display and detail orientation.
• Willing to work six days a week including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs purchasing activities at branch level to support daily store operations.
• Prepares material requisitions and documents for Head Office submission.
• Prepares and monitors purchase orders, customer order reports, and open POs.
• Prepares business reviews of top concessionaires.
• Receives and reviews promos, price revisions, and new codes for system uploading.
• Prepares other purchasing reports according to defined timelines.
• Coordinates with suppliers and head office on deliveries, stock replenishments, promos, prices, and returns to vendor.
• Performs other duties related to the job.

• Prepares and monitors purchase orders, customer order reports, and open purchase orders
• Prepares business reviews of top concessionaires

• Prepares other purchasing reports based on the defined timeline.
