Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and cash register balancing.
• Monitor daily sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company operational guidelines, health, and safety standards.
• Assist in scheduling, task assignment, and daily floor supervision.
• Train, onboard, and mentor retail associates on product knowledge and customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address floor-level attendance or policy issues.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory audits, and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, product displays, and promotional signage.
• Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams for stock receiving and returns.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalated issue resolutions professionally.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
