Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, customer-centric experience across Calapan and other Oriental Mindoro branches.

You will train and supervise Baristas, manage staff schedules, and coordinate with team leaders to meet service standards, safety, and quality. Familiarity with coffee preparation and POS systems is essential to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a hospitality setting.
• Barista experience is a plus; a Food and Beverage Service certificate is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to Calapan City and other Oriental Mindoro branches.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights.

• Coordinates with Team Leaders to balance manpower schedules and staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and fund management, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares beverages according to standards.
• Manages cleanliness, sanitation, equipment functionality, and supply availability.
• Ensures workspace and store are well-maintained and coordinates repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies Barista performance challenges, provides assistance, coaches their performance, and monitors the progress of their skillset and capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure all products are served with friendly, individualized customer service and educates customers about premium beverage and food items.
• Trains and oversees Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to approved standards and in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Ensures the welfare, safety, and security of employees, store locations, and overall store operations.
• Manages staff schedules to meet manpower requirements across various shifts and store activities.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders or Supervisors to balance manpower schedules and implement necessary staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and operational fund management, ensuring standard funds are available and bank deposits and sales reporting comply with company policies.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares coffee beverages according to approved standards and processes.
• Manages cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage safety, equipment functionality, and supply availability for efficient store operations.
• Ensures the workspace and store are well-maintained and coordinates repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance to uphold brand standards.
• Implements company policies, procedures, protocols, and any updates introduced by the company.
• Facilitates incident investigations involving employees or store operations in coordination with the lessor.
• Administers employee-related reports and documents, including benefits, Daily Time Records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Supports marketing promotions, store events, and educates staff on related activities.

Qualifications:

• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Calapan City and other Oriental Mindoro branches.
