LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a Store/Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive sales and profitability for the assigned store or department.

You will plan and execute selling operations, maintain displays and inventory, and collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to implement promotions and optimize layouts. English proficiency and prior sales leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales management experience preferred.
• English language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain displays, pricing, stock inventory, and sales information.
• Ensure space productivity and profitability of selling area.
• Review sales data and suggest improvements.
• Address customer feedback promptly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotions and promotions implementation.
• Coordinate with Merchandising for displays and new stock highlights.
