Job summary

Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a proactive Selling Supervisor to lead daily sales floor operations in our supermarket. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has retail experience, ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

You will supervise the sales team, enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales performance, and ensure proper merchandising and store standards. The role requires supervising staff, coaching teams, and coordinating with inventory to maintain product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (including internships or student leadership).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily selling floor operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
• Lead, motivate, and coach sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quick resolution of issues.
• Assist in planning and execution of in-store promotions, displays, and product placements.
• Monitor and maintain accurate shelf tagging, pricing, and product rotation (FIFO).
• Coordinate with stock/inventory teams to manage product replenishment and availability.
• Monitor sales reports and suggest strategies for improvement to management.
• Help train and onboard new team members in sales techniques and store policies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
