Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking with inventory/warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned store sections.
• Assist in merchandising and setting up promotional displays.
• Check expiration dates and rotate products (FIFO).
• Support store promotions and marketing activities.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
