Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail.
• Leadership experience preferred (internships or student roles acceptable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily selling floor operations and sales activities.
• Lead, motivate, and coach sales associates to hit goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
• Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and product placements.
• Maintain accurate shelf tagging, pricing, and FIFO rotation.
• Coordinate with stock/inventory for replenishment.
• Review sales reports and suggest improvement strategies.
• Train new team members on sales techniques and store policies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
