Job summary

You will manage displays, pricing, inventory, and customer service while coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions and optimize layouts. The role requires leadership in a retail environment, with preference for English proficiency and at least 1 year in sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year sales management experience preferred.
• English language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day operations for the store/department to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain and monitor displays, pricing, stock inventory, and sales information.
• Optimize space productivity and layout for customer flow.
• Review sales data and suggest improvement actions.
• Address customer feedback promptly and escalate serious concerns.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and with Merchandising for display improvements.
