You will motivate the team, schedule shifts, handle administrative duties, train crew, conduct quality audits, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or team-leader roles in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
