Job summary

FantasyWorld is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our branch. You will assist the Store Manager with staff supervision, customer service, sales, inventory, safety, and adherence to company standards.

This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays. You will help train new staff and act as OIC when needed.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate required; college degree is an advantage.
• Experience as supervisor, team lead, or assistant manager in retail or service sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily branch operations.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor employees for performance and productivity.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, and policy compliance.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and service quality.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure safety and a positive guest experience for families.
• Monitor sales, cashiering, and daily reports.
• Assist with inventory counting and replenishment.
• Support promotions and store activities.
• Maintain clean, organized store appearance and equipment.
• Report maintenance and incident details as needed.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and training new staff.
• Act as OIC when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Comply with SOPs, safety standards, and policies.
