Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking an experienced L&D professional to drive end-to-end store operations training in the Philippines. You will design course materials, develop modules, and reference Store SOPs, PIGs, and SME inputs to ensure high-quality training across channels.

The role requires facilitation of virtual, face-to-face, and blended formats, plus shadow shifts and store openings. Collaboration with Area Managers and BU Heads will ensure timely delivery and compliant training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, HRIM, Business Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Training Facilitation, Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or TESDA/DOLE-accredited programs is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, instructional design, content development, facilitation, multi-channel learning delivery, and training effectiveness evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end store operations training.
• Design, create and update course and module materials for store operations training program using Store SOPs, PIGs, SME inputs as reference.
• Facilitate and manage virtual, face-to-face, and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate shadow shift and store opening training.
• Ensure all SOTP/store compliance training requirements are completed by participants for assigned batches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on schedules, logistics, requirements of training programs.
• Prepare training evaluation reports and use data-driven insights to improve training design and delivery.
• Maintain completeness of training databases, records, and documentation.
• Execute training administration activities, including vendor coordination, payment processing, invitation sending, emails, and training charge-backs.
• Support training needs analysis.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
