Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in retail, food service, or bakery operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Must be willing to be assigned in La Union Province.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality presentation.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Handle cash management, POS accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
• Drive sales by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets; promote promotions and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff; prepare schedules and manage manpower.
• Prepare operational, sales, and incident reports; coordinate with head office on improvements.
