Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Store Trainer to develop restaurant teams and drive operational excellence across Samgyupsalamat stores. You will lead onboarding, SOPs, food safety, and customer service training while traveling to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, learning and development, or store operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and SOP adherence.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to engage employees at all levels.
• Willingness to do frequent field work and travel to different store locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and operational training for newly hired restaurant team members.
• Deliver training programs on SOPs, food safety, customer service, and restaurant operations.
• Conduct in-store coaching to reinforce operational standards and service excellence.
• Monitor trainees' progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and store observations.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend coaching and development plans.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures across stores.
• Partner with Operations Managers and Store Managers to address training needs and improve team performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, monitor compliance, and support operational initiatives.
• Prepare training reports and provide updates on training completion and employee development.
