Job summary

KKV Supply Chain Corporation seeks a results-driven store manager to drive sales and profitability within its retail network. You will monitor monthly targets, perform data-driven improvements, and control costs while ensuring store safety and brand integrity.

The role includes inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff training to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities cover product display, supplier coordination, and adherence to corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years experience in store management in retail cosmetics.
• Strong data analysis ability to interpret turnover, attrition, turnover rate, and promotion data.
• Excellent planning, data statistics, induction, analysis and application ability, workflow and standard formulation.
• Willing to relocate or travel to other stores.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Based on monthly targets, manage store sales and profit indicators across HQ targets.
• Track performance and regularly perform data analysis and improvements.
• Control costs and maintain sensitive analysis of competing products.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection during and after store operations.
• Manage daily inventory and product expiration date checks.
• Analyze store product data to plan improvements and increase sales.
• Inspect and manage product displays per standards; supervise display implementation and address issues.
• Train and supervise store personnel; handle customer service feedback and complaints to protect brand image.
• Oversee payment and tax processes in-store; ensure security of payments and internal controls.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain store staff; build staffing levels and onboard to company standards.
• Summarize work, provide feedback, and propose optimization actions for store operations.
• Promote company culture and values; understand and implement corporate information policy.
• Recruit and train new retail staff; participate in career fairs and employer branding with HR.
