Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years in store management in retail.
• Strong data analysis ability; grasp turnover, attrition, promotions, and sales trends.
• Strong planning, statistics, induction, analysis and application ability, workflow standardization.
• Willing to relocate or travel to other stores.
• Able to work 3 rotating retail operation hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in local language; English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales and profit indicators based on monthly targets.
• Track performance and regularly do data analysis and improvement.
• Control costs and maintain sensitive analysis of competing products.
• Inventory management: daily inventory and expiration date checks; data-driven improvements.
• Inspect and manage product displays; supervise implementation of store displays.
• Train and supervise store personnel; handle customer service feedback and complaints to maintain brand image.
• Oversee payment/tax work, store security, anti-theft measures, and staffing.
• Recruitment and training of new retail staff; ensure alignment with company standards and systems.
• Promote corporate culture and build a positive store environment for efficiency.
