R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily store operations across our retail locations. You will manage staff, motivate the sales team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least six months in a supervisory role, is target-driven, and flexible to mall hours. Openings are nationwide with assignments near your residence. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
