Job summary

Koko Mart Trading is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise daily store activities, ensure smooth operations, and drive sales. You will manage staff performance, handle cashiering duties, and oversee inventory and merchandising to meet targets.

The role requires solid leadership, POS knowledge, and strong customer service skills. On-site work and rotating shifts are expected to maintain store standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years experience in retail, cashiering, or store operations (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper workflow
• Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and support store sales operations
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Operate POS system and handle daily cash transactions
• Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports and remittances
• Ensure accuracy of discounts, prices, and promotions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display
• Report sales, inventory, and operational issues to management
• Coordinate with management for store concerns and improvements
