Job summary

KKV Supply Chain Corporation seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Pampanga, San Fernando. The role emphasizes data-driven management of sales, profit, inventory, and customer service to sustain brand standards.

You'll supervise staff, train teams, monitor safety, merchandising, and loss prevention while ensuring adherence to company policies and regional deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in store management in retail, especially newly opened stores.
• Strong data analysis to monitor turnover, attrition, promotions and related metrics.
• Excellent planning, statistics, induction, analysis and application ability, workflow standards.
• Willing to relocate or travel to other stores; able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in local language; English as working language.

Responsibilities

• Based on monthly targets, manage store sales and profit indicators.
• Track performance and regularly perform data analysis and improvements.
• Control costs and maintain sensitive analysis of competing products.
• Ensure store safety and protect store assets before and after opening hours.
• Inventory management including daily checks and expiration date monitoring.
• Analyze store product data to plan improvements and increase sales.
• Inspect and manage display of goods, supervise merchandising, and feedback issues.
• Lead training and service management of store personnel; handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Oversee payment and tax work; supervise security and implement anti-theft measures.
