Auntie Anne's Makati is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure timely reporting, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in the food industry, is highly organized, communicates well, and can coach staff. Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork with the Warehouse and Area Manager are required. This role is based in Makati.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory work experience, preferably in food industry.
• Must be systematic and highly organized in schedules and reports.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare reports and ensure timely submission
• Assist in food preparation
• Adheres to standard cleanliness
• Ensure good quality of customer service
• Check inventory and send requests to the Warehouse team
• Monitor sales and suggest AC and TC-generating projects to the Area Manager
• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are followed
• Do random checking on cash-related items
• Coaches and motivates team members
