Job summary

Pickup Coffee in Makati seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver customer-focused service. You will lead Baristas, coach performance, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards.

You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to cash handling policies while supporting promotions and staff development across branches. Flexibility for extended hours and multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; F&B service certificate is an advantage.
• Able to work flexible and extended hours and oversee multiple store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Calapan City and other Oriental Mindoro branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations for efficiency and customer focus.
• Supervise Baristas to ensure friendly, educated service.
• Train and oversee Baristas to maintain approved beverage standards.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of staff and store.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts and locations.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance manpower.
