Pickup Coffee seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in the Philippines. You will coach Baristas to ensure service standards and educate customers about premium coffee and foods, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and brand integrity.

The role requires leading teams, managing schedules, and coordinating with store leaders to maintain high-quality customer experiences across multiple branches, including Calapan City and Oriental Mindoro areas.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; a F&B Service certificate is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended hours and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights.
