Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking an Operations Store Supervisor for its Pampanga area. You will oversee daily store operations, coach Baristas, and ensure customer-centric service while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervision of cash handling, training staff, and coordinating with team leaders to optimize manpower. Experience in coffee handling and POS proficiency is preferred, with flexibility to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent food and beverage establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure products are served with friendly, individualized service and educates customers about beverages and food items.
• Trains and coaches Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to standards and in a timely manner.
• Manages staff schedules to meet manpower requirements across shifts and store activities.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares beverages according to approved standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and equipment functionality for store operations.
• Coordinates repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to uphold brand standards.
