Job summary

Pickup Coffee is looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Makati locations, ensuring efficiency and a customer-centric environment. You will supervise Baristas, coach performance, and train staff to deliver consistent, high-quality beverages and service.

You will manage staff schedules, coordinate with team leaders, and handle cashiering, safety, and maintenance while supporting promotions. Flexible hours and multi-store oversight are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, café, or similar F&B setting.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours and oversee multiple stores.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Willing to be assigned to Calapan City and other Oriental Mindoro branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations to ensure efficiency and customer focus.
• Supervise Baristas to maintain store standards and service quality.
• Train and coach Baristas to prepare beverages per approved standards.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts and locations.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance manpower needs.
• Oversee cashiering, funds, deposits, and sales reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Maintain brand standards and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Support marketing promotions and staff education on activities.
• Administer employee reports, uniforms, and payroll-related documents.
