Job summary

Central Affirmative Company, Incorporated is seeking a Sales & Retail Operations Associate to support the daily performance and operational needs of its expanding retail network, including stockists, retail partners, bazaars/pop-ups, and mall kiosks.

The role reports to the Head of Brand and acts as the primary operational link between the brand and its retail channels, ensuring products are stocked, replenished, presented, and tracked across locations with a focus on strengthening sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in retail operations, sales, account management, merchandising, or a related function is an advantage
• Experience in E-commerce operations, sales, account management, or other related function is an advantage
• Strong organizational and account coordination skills
• Comfortable working with sales reports, inventory data, and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple retail accounts and priorities
• Comfortable conducting store visits and coordinating with mall and retail personnel
• Commercially minded with an interest in improving sales and retail performance
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with appropriate guidance
