Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in Davao City seeks a Store OIC to lead the store team, drive sales targets and KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, monitor inventory, and coordinate with mall marketing to support promotions.

You will mentor team members, ensure merchandising standards, and prepare timely reports on sales and operations. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course is required.
• At least 3 years in a Store OIC/ Supervisor/ Manager role or similar leadership position.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and decision-making skills.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Store OIC, Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in a sports retail or related industry
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
• Willing to travel locally or internationally if required
