INGCOPH TRADERS Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Officer in Charge (OIC) to oversee daily retail operations of our power tools store, ensuring policy compliance, service standards, and sales targets.

You will lead the team, manage manpower and inventory, resolve customer issues, and uphold safety and organization. A bachelor's degree and 6–12 months of retail leadership experience are preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
