The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines is hiring a Cafe Lead (Branch Manager) in Davao. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily operations, monitor sales and costs, and prepare operational reports to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
