Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in retail operations, with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cashiering, and store administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays, and be deployed to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors for high performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audits.
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage customer concerns and promote a customer-centric culture.
• Implement risk control measures to safeguard assets.
