Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily operations across one or more retail outlets in Davao City. You will oversee staff, allocate tasks, supervise training, and ensure compliance with policies while driving sales performance.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in retail. You will work five days a week at Abreeza Mall and support excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related four-year course.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferably with experience in the retail industry.
• Willing to handle multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Performs or manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.
• Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.
• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.
• Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company’s service policies.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
• Willing to work in Abreeza Mall Davao
