Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities at one or more outlets in Olongapo. You will oversee staff, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

The role requires a four-year related degree and at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail. Salary incentives, leaves, and employee benefits are part of the package.

Job description

• Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.




• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.




• Performs or manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.




• Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.




• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.




• Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.




• Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.




• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company's service policies.




• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.




• Willing to be assigned in SM Olongapo Downtown.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any related four-year course




• At least 1 year of working experience in a supervisory role is required




• Preferably with experience in the retail industry




• Willing to handle multiple stores
