You will manage staff, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining standards. Openings are nationwide with assignments to the location nearest to your residence; mall-based hours and flexible schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries preferred.
