• Prepares action plans for deviations
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are in place
• Handle customer feedback
• Communicate with the Building/Mall Admin and various departments from the Head Office
• Assists in customer service and food preparation
• Manage inventory and send requests to the Warehouse Team
• Prepare reports and ensure timely submission
