Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Metro Manila, ensuring efficiency and high service quality. You will lead the store team, drive sales strategies, and manage goods, displays, and customer service to meet company targets.

The role requires experience in retail (preferably with Xiaomi's new retail model) and 3+ years in mobile or consumer electronics. You will coordinate with platform and HQ to implement corporate strategies.

Competenze

Strong willingness for retail business and ownership
Experience in retail preferred; Xiaomi new retail experience desirable
At least 3 years in mobile or consumer electronics industry preferred
Ability to lead store team, recruitment and training
Good communication with platform and headquarters
Ability to collect and analyze store data and report performance
