• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in managing integrated campaigns and product launches.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and consumer trends.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launches, covering PR, social media, KOLs, advertising, and offline activations.
• Coordinate with China HQ, regional teams, and local stakeholders to align marketing priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and campaign budgets to ensure quality and timely execution.
