Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Logistics & Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the full delivery cycle of home appliances, coordinate with logistics providers, manage warehouse inventory (PSI), and drive cost optimization. The role requires a Bachelor's in SCM or related field, 3+ years in logistics, strong English; Chinese preferred.

You will produce KPI reports, collaborate with Sales and After-Sales, and push continuous improvement through SOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management; appliance/white goods delivery experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in logistics service provider management; familiarity with local logistics systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in English required; Chinese preferred.
• Solid understanding of supply chain-related regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Data-driven mindset; proficient in AI for business analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full delivery cycle from order to last-mile delivery.
• Manage local logistics providers and monitor delivery KPIs.
• Control inventory and PSI to avoid stockouts and dead stock.
• Optimize load factors and delivery costs through routing improvements.
• Handle delivery exceptions and customer complaints promptly.
• Produce country-level delivery KPI reports and drive SOP improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning and After-Sales for smooth order flow.
