Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect staff and customers by maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
