Job summary

You will develop promotion plans for new-store openings and product launches, manage domestic social media, coordinate materials, train staff, and analyze marketing results to adjust strategies. A Bachelor's degree and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of store operations experience with knowledge of operation models and processes.
• Experience in marketing campaign planning and organization with market operations skills.
• Partner or customer management experience.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative and strong interpersonal communication.
• Strong team management and negotiation skills with internal control awareness.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent English speaking, listening, reading and writing preferred.
• Candidates with experience in well-known consumer electronics brands are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize store tiering policies.
• Implement and optimize Xiaomi partner tiering policies.
• Follow up on partners' performance reviews and monthly progress.
• Extract best practices from top-partner cases and share internally.
• Track partner P&L, operational diagnoses, and problem resolution.
• Develop and enforce store environment and safety plans.
• Conduct store ROI analysis and cost control.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory checks.
• Develop promotion plans for new-store openings and product launches.
• Manage domestic social-media accounts and localize campaign materials.
• Coordinate activity materials and production/distribution.
• Organize staff training on activity details and workflows.
• Collect, analyze and report activity data; adjust strategies based on results.
