Job description

The Store Manager is in charge of ensuring the highest level of customer experience and maintaining the operations and visual presentation of 2 to 6 malls. This role is also responsible for overseeing and conducting customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale System, developing and training staff, customer service, maintaining a current and correct inventory, and ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of the store are always running smoothly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delegating and supervising business operations
• Making sure that 100% customer service is being observed in the stores handled
• Training, Motivating, and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
• Audits the processes being performed by team members to ensure everything is up to company standards
• Manages inventory by making sure requests are made if needed and deliveries are on time.
• Ensures that the inventory count is 100% accurate and zero loss
• Continuously analyze information and develop new processes that are more effective and efficient
• Establishing and achieving a business profit objective
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
• Maintenance of the store, planogram execution, and stockroom organization should all be observed
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
• Assist in any AD-HOC task needed by the brand
